From 1985 to 1996 we were renowned as Alii Roofing which was based out of Maui, Hawaii. While based in Hawaii, Alii Roofing was able to acquire and successfully complete such jobs as The Club House of the Manele Bay Golf course on Lanai, the Villas and clubhouse at Koele town homes on Lanai, the Conference Center on Lanai, Saint Joseph’s Church on Maui, Kiehi shopping Center on Maui and various other multi-million dollar homes around the islands of Hawaii.

In 1996, with the steady decline in the Residential & Commercial construction markets in Hawaii, Alii Roofing moved base to Arizona where there was expansive Residential and Commercial constructions and a desperate need for a Ethical, Dependable, experienced & qualified roofing company. In stepped what is now known as Cardinal Roofing Inc. Because of our years in the roofing industry and our company's extensive experience in Hawaii and now Arizona, Today, Cardinal Roofing Inc. carries on its unsurpassed level of Quality, knowledge and professional craftsmanship to the roofing industry of Arizona.

 

While in Arizona, Cardinal Roofing Inc. has continued on with it’s tradition of excellence in such projects as:
